Cestita Lamp
Cestita is the little sister of the iconic Cesta lamp, designed into 1962. The rounded shade is cradled within a cherry wood structure, whose shape and function give the Cesta family its name (Spanish for “basket”). The wooden frame is handmade by European craftsmen using traditional steam bending techniques, and finished with a basket-like handle that allows the lamp to be picked up and placed on both tabletops and floors. Cestita's shade can be made from traditional opal glass or in a more child-resistant white plastic version.
