A minimalistic version of the Bull Chair, designer Hans Wegner created the Minimal Chair specifically for his own dining room. The frame is reduced using stainless steel, with solid wood reserved for the element closest to the human body — the arm and backrest — to provide maximal support. The pieces of wood are cut in line of one another, and connected in the chair through a characteristic central cross joint of contrasting rosewood or maple.
